Collection: Aubrey’s Dry Aged Beef

Our beef is grass fed from our farmers based predominantly in the south west of England, and the north of Scotland. We use slow growing native breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Devon Red and Hereford, these breeds are naturally richer in fat and flavour than more commercial breeds.
We then mature or hang our beef for a minimum of 35 days to tenderise the meat and intensify the flavour, only then do we butcher it to your requirements.
