Our philosophy is to source only the most natural of products using the purist farming methods with animal welfare and good husbandry at the heart of what we do. Traditional grass fed beef is reared with expert care using native breeds, then we dry age for a minimum of 28 days to tenderise and intensify the flavour. Lamb comes from the rugged terrain of Devon and Cornwall. Free range pork from Suffolk produced by award winning farmer Jimmy Butler. Slow grown to maturity and comes with the highest welfare available. Our commitment to free range poultry continues and all of our chickens are free range. Our whole Robert Caldecott chickens are slow grown in Worcestershire.
